• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• State License Requirements
• Certifications like ACM or CCM are a plus
  • Job Details
  • Must have 2 years acute hospital experience in CM and discharge planning.
  • Do not submit CM's with only SNF, REHAB, or Hospice experience.
  • Must be willing to work in weekend rotation.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 yr. minimum recent experience with discharge planning as a Clinical Case Manager with a heavy focus on discharge planning in an acute care hospital setting.
    • Need to have acute INPATIENT case manager experience.
    • InterQual experience.
    • EPIC system experience.
    • Allscripts or Careport system experience.
