Your ability to work independently is important, and -you will rely upon your excellent communication and -relationship building -skills during customer engagements. You will---work closely with the entire -GPU -business unit -team, including product management, -hardware and software development, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful outcomes with our customers and partners. -KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Engage with largest and most strategic customers in the assigned region to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs and help to define and deliver the solutions that meet those needs.Assist the customer and our OEM partners through the qualification, sales and delivery phase.Be a trusted advisor for largest HPC sites and AMD ambassador for the broader HPC community. Assisting customers in building creative solutions based on AMD technologies.Provide customer requirements to AMD engineering teams in order to foster product and platform improvements.Be an industry leader with a vision for integrating AMD technologies into HPC and AI system architectures.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: -Sales or FAE experience in large and complex customer engagementsExisting strong network within the HPC communityFamiliarity with large public procurements and co-design engagements with HPC and AI customers.Knowledge of HPC and AI system architecture and ecosystem.ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: -Technical degree preferred, MBA appreciated.LOCATION:Bay Area#LI-RW1#LI-HYBRIDAt AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. -Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
