Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and
customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dedicated
Customer Professional at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key
member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store
environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our
convenience store and fueling operations.Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers,
responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and
effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the
fueling area, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently,
handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a secure
cash handling environment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including Krispy Krunchy
Chicken products, in accordance with CSI's food safety and quality
standards.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including
sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including fuel, food,
and beverages, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to
enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or
vocational training preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or food
service environment preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings,
evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and
management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of
