Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to manage
the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level
roles.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior positions
in Marketing, Sales, Success, and RevOps teams
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a high-quality
pipeline of candidates
Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize processes,
and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for
Revenue and Marketing roles
Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Strong experience working with leaders at all levels, from
front-line managers to VPs
Expertise in data-driven recruiting, utilizing analytics to drive
talent acquisition strategy
Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar recruiting
platforms
