Job Description:

COMPANY NAME: Our company is A.M. JANITORIAL & MAINTENANCE AIDE SERVICES.
NUMBER OF HIRES: We are currently looking to hire two dedicated people
SCHEDULE: The work is weekday evenings for around four hours 5:30pm To 10:30pm Mon-Fri.
DUTIES: Duties include wiping down all flat surfaces, sweeping dusting, mopping & vacuuming carpets. Duties also include taking out the trash.
PAY: THE PAY WILL START AT AROUND $20.00.
START DATE: This job will be ongoing every weekday evening. The official start date will be October 16, 2024.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicant must be able to work legally in the U.S. with verifying documentation (I.D. Social security card or work authorization card).
2. It is suggested the applicant have reliable transportation to work evenings.
3. Person is a team player & works well with others.
4. Person is consistent and reliable; Able to be at work on time every shift.
5. It is strongly recommended the applicant live in or close to the area, DALY CITY / COLMA.

N--MERO DE CONTRATACIONES: Actualmente estamos buscando contratar a dos personas dedicadas.
HORARIO: El trabajo es por las tardes entre semana durante aproximadamente cuatro horas, de 5:30 p. m. a 10:30 p. m. de lunes a viernes.
DEBERES: Los deberes incluyen limpiar todas las superficies planas, barrer el polvo, trapear y aspirar alfombras. Los deberes tambi--n incluyen sacar la basura.
PAGO: EL PAGO COMENZAR-- EN ALREDEDOR DE $ 20,00.
FECHA DE INICIO: Este trabajo continuar-- todas las noches de los d--as laborables. La fecha oficial de inicio ser-- el 16 de octubre de 2024.
CALIFICACIONES:
1. El solicitante debe poder trabajar legalmente en los EE. UU. con documentaci--n de verificaci--n (identificaci--n, tarjeta de seguro social o tarjeta de autorizaci--n de trabajo).
2. Se sugiere que el solicitante cuente con transporte confiable para trabajar por las noches.
3. La persona trabaja en equipo y trabaja bien con los dem--s.
4. La persona es consistente y confiable; Capaz de estar en el trabajo a tiempo en cada turno.
5. Se recomienda encarecidamente que el solicitante viva en o cerca del --rea, DALY CITY / COLMA.
