Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support VoC Analyst to
gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Gather customer insights from various channels and collaborate with
internal teams to refine the Voice of Customer strategy
Design and implement customer experience measurement frameworks and
analyze VoC data to provide actionable insights
Oversee the technical aspects of VoC tools and provide training and
support to internal teams on utilizing VoC methodologies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback
through multiple channels
3+ years of experience in providing training and documentation for
VoC programs
Strong strategic thinking abilities to align VoC programs with
business goals
Technical proficiency with VoC tools and experience managing
integrations
Knowledge of current trends in VoC and CX with a proactive approach
to continuous improvement
