you.Job Summary:Nuvolum combines innovative, data-driven strategy
with advanced execution to help our clients grow their business and
brand. As a Production Artist, you will be a vital contributor to
the creative process. Working closely with our creative and account
teams, you will translate concepts into visually stunning designs
and artwork that align with our projects, vision, and brand
identity. This role presents an exciting opportunity for passionate
individuals who are adept at combining artistic skills with
technical expertise to bring captivating visuals to life in a
fast-paced environment.This is an in-office role at our San
Francisco headquarters in Jackson Square. Remote candidates will
not be considered.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative, video, copywriters, and other teams
to develop and deliver design concepts that align with the
project's vision.
- Translate concepts into branded production-ready assets,
adhering to project guidelines and brand standards.
- Create and prepare final artwork for print and digital outputs,
including brochures, flyers, posters, social graphics, web assets,
and more.
- Conduct thorough QA and preflight checks to ensure accuracy,
consistency, and optimal quality for different output
requirements.
- Manage the production process, including image retouching,
color correction, resizing, and formatting for various platforms
and devices.
- Support the team in the preparation and delivery of files for
external vendors, ensuring specifications and deadlines are
met.
- Maintain a meticulous file management system, adhering to our
standard naming conventions and organizing and archiving digital
assets.
- Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for easy
accessibility and reuse for future projects.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to address client feedback,
make revisions, and deliver final approved materials.
- Document your hours and clearly communicate your progress in
Wrike project management systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies,
and best practices in production art.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
Exceptionally talented and experienced candidates also
considered.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working as a production artist or
equivalent creative role in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe
CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Google Workspace, Sketch, Figma,
etc.
- Exceptional artistic and illustration abilities, with an eye
for detail, composition, typography, layout, and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of print and digital production processes,
including file preparation, color management, and output
specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation
skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and take
feedback constructively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with health-related, dental, or wellness-related
marketing projects is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and
